About us

We are, the skipper, Astor Hugøy, and first fender, Laila Anita Schønhardt, both born in Norway. We decided to leave our jobs and the house to sail in the Mediterranean Sea for a while. We bought our new boat, a Beneteau Oceanic Clipper 473 in Preveza, Greece, and started our journey there.

We started in Greece, continue to Albania and Croatia, before going back to Montenegro and Albania. After 3 months sailing through Geece, we spent the winter in Türkiye and Cyprus. Back in Greece for 5 months, and in February this year we said goodbye to Greece and sailed to Italy and Malta before we sailed over to Sardinia and Corsica, the Balearics and now further west in the Med. Unfortunately we are on our way back to Norway…
